1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in assigned subjects such as English, Math, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc to students.

2. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.

3. Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the academic needs and language proficiency goals of students.

4. Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, exams, and other forms of assessment.

5. Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic performance and progress.

6. Foster a multicultural and diverse learning environment that promotes understanding and appreciation of different cultures.

7. Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to integrate skills across various subjects.

8. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in education, and attend mandatory school activities.

9. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree in TESOL or a relevant discipline is preferred.

2. Teaching certification or qualification such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or a state teaching license.

3. Having a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Vietnam

4. Previous experience teaching English, Math, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.

5. Strong proficiency in English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.

6. Knowledge of teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and assessment practices.

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

8. Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

9. Patience, flexibility, and a passion for teaching and supporting students’ learning journey.
