SUPPORT TEACHER (02 positions)

Work Location:  Ho Chi Minh

Job Description:

• Support the main foreign teachers in teaching activities, material preparation, and assigning homework to students;

• Manage classroom activities: organize and maintain tidy teaching materials and class environment;

• Take care of students and accompany them in all school activities;

• Closely monitor students’ progress on assignments and support in grading; answer students’ academic questions and provide additional tutoring;

• Collaborate with teachers to prepare exam papers, grade exams and write academic reports to parents at the end of each semester. Attend parent-teacher meetings and interpret between foreign teachers and parents;

Job Requirements:

• Nationality: Filipino

• Education: Minimum qualification – University degree

• Age: 25 – 30 years old

• Able to work under pressure, enthusiastic, creative and teamwork

• Relevant academic background, with the ability to communicate effectively with students.

  • Familiarity with IGCSE subjects is an advantage (IGCSE English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Sociology, Computer Science, Business Studies)

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Eager to learn, honest, sociable, passionate and responsible

• Quick-thinking, flexible and highly responsible

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Experience: Minimum 3 years. Preference given to candidates with previous teaching assistant experience and availability to start immediately.
