Job Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the school’s curriculum framework.

• Planning: Design and prepare high-quality teaching materials and comprehensive lesson plans.

• Assessment: Assess, record, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.

• Testing: Develop and administer quizzes, tests, and examinations.

• Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and provide academic updates as required.

• Engagement: Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions as assigned by school management.

Selection Criteria

• Native English Speaker with a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject(s) of teaching.

• Professional Certification: An essential teaching qualification/license (e.g., PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., M.Ed., or equivalent state teaching license) is preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of continuous, full-time teaching experience in an international school setting.

• Differentiation: Demonstrated expertise in delivering a rigorous curriculum and implementing effective differentiation strategies for a diverse student body.

• Classroom Excellence: Exceptional classroom management skills and a professional commitment to high academic standards and student welfare.

• Additional Qualifications: English teaching certifications such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA are considered a plus.
